Billing for LetterKraft is handled through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable Indian consumer law.

How subscriptions are billed
LetterKraft subscriptions (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly through Google Play. Your Google account is charged on the same day each billing cycle until you cancel.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play account:
1. Open the Google Play Store app. 2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. 3. Select LetterKraft > Cancel subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain paid benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
Refund decisions are governed by Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund:
1. Visit https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. 2. Select LetterKraft and choose "Report a problem" > "Request a refund". 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
If you encounter issues requesting a refund through Google Play, email support@letter-kraft.com and we will assist where possible.
Recharge packs and top-ups
One-time top-up letter packs and recharge credits are consumable digital items. Once delivered to your account, they are non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play's policy at its sole discretion.
