How to request account deletion

Email support@letter-kraft.com from the email address linked to your account.

Subject line: Delete my Class Attendance account

Include: - Your full name - The email address you use to sign in

We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

- Your profile (name, email, role, student ID) - Your login credentials - Course enrollments linked to your account - Attendance records associated with your account

After deletion, you will not be able to sign in or recover your data.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information only where required by law or institutional record-keeping policies, such as anonymized or aggregated attendance statistics that no longer identify you.
